When you come to Custom Physical Therapy, your treatment will be tailor-made just for you.  All of your treatments will be one-on-one from a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the whole time.  You can choose how long of a session you would like.  There are evening appointment times and telehealth options.  My office is conveniently located in downtown Logan, Utah.  If you can't come to me, I can come to you for an at-home treatment.  Your wants and goals will be the basis of your plan of care.  As your physical therapist, my goal is to have you be satisfied with your care, and to help you achieve a better quality of life.
